CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We value your appointment time and reserve it specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. For appointments requiring a deposit, the deposit is applied toward the scheduled service or package. Deposits and package purchases are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within the validity period specified for the package purchased. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting the next scheduled appointment. Card payments are subject to the applicable processing fee, which is the responsibility of the client. By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This policy applies to all clients. No exceptions.
